Why Add Company Chop on IR56?

Some of the companies may want to show the company chop on the IR56 form's company chop box on print-out.

How to Add Company Chop on IR56?

1. Prepare the image of the chop

• image size must be 185px in width and 110px in height
• image name must be "ir56_company_chop.jpg"

2. Upload the image

• Go to Master Data -> Organization
• Go to the Attachment Part
• Click Add New
• Upload the file and select Attachment Type = Others
• Save

Then you can check the company chop on IR56 forms.
