Internal Grade represents the staff job grading. For example, Manager, Officer, and Assistant, Or you can have a detailed grading like the government from 0 to 49. Defining different Internal Grade is useful for payroll calculation or report analysis.
Internal Grade is part of the Placement Movement record which is assigned together with an effective date.
