Why Cancel the Forfeiture Setting for existing Leave Adjustment?
Sometimes, your company policy change and may allow staff take the granted/extra leave days without time limit.
You would find you cannot delete the expiry Leave Adjustment alone and there is no Delete button for it.
How to Cancel the Forfeiture Setting for existing Leave Adjustment?
Create the Leave Adjustment again after updating "Auto Forfeit in"
- Go to Attendance -> Leave Entitlement -> Locate the Leave Entitlement
- Delete the number in "Auto Forfeit in"
- Save
- Go to Attendance -> Leave Adjustment -> Find the Leave Adjustment you want to cancel the Forfeiture Setting
- Delete the Leave Adjustment
- Create the Leave Adjustment again
- Any update on the Auto-Forfeited function would be only applied to the Leave Adjustment created after the update.
- If it is one-time adjustment, please restore the setting after you create the Leave Adjustment
What's Next?
- Check the Leave Balance and see if the Leave Adjustment added is not forfeited
