Generate the file
Check Leave Records
► Manually - On Screen
Go to Attendance -> Leave Entry or Leave Adjustment As Leave Entry and Leave Adjustment would include the Approved Leave Application, we suggest checking Leave Records here first
You can filter the time, Placement Number, Leave Type, Duration and etc if needed
If you find some Leave Records are missing, you can go to Attendance -> Leave Application and see if the leave is cancelled/rejected
► In Batch - Through Report
For Leave Taken records,
Go to Analytic -> Leave -> Leave Details Report / Leave Summary Report
You can filter the Employer Code, Department Code, Placement Type Code, and Leave Type Code if needed
Generate the file
For Leave Adjusted records,
Go to Attendance -> Leave Adjustment -> Export
You can filter Placement Number, Leave Type, Duration and etc if needed
