Setting up Appraisal Section

What is Appraisal Section?

You are going to build multiple sections shown in the below picture in an Appraisal. According to your company template, not every section is required. You may just have a Competency Section for an appraisal. There are 3 basic sections:

  • Objective
  • Competency
  • General Questions　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　

Each section can have

  • Score Weighting
  • Rating Scale
  • Comment Box　　　　　　　　　　　　　

How to Set up Appraisal Section?

  • Go to "Appraisal" -> "Section Template" -> "Add New"
  • Fill in the information
