[PR] - Pay Rate

What is this?

"PR" stands for "Pay Rate". This payroll variable returns the Pay Rate defined in the Placement profile -> Salary section.

What will the Value be Returned?

Returns the Pay Rate of the Pay Type defined in the Placement profile -> Salary section.

1. Basic Form

Payroll Variable Description Usage
[PR] Take the amount of the Pay Type set in the Placement profile Take the amount directly:
e.g $500 Meal Allowance is paid to staff every month, then set 500 as the Meal Allowance Pay Rate in staff Placement profile
[PR]

As a component to calculate the unit rate, e.g Daily Rate of the Basic Salary(Monthly Salary $15,000 in Jun)
[PR]/[PD]* *[PD] for number of days in pay period
= 15000/30 = 500 show as unit rate in Payroll

Pay_Type_Code Take the amount of specified Pay Type set in the Placement profile P1 as the Pay Type Code of the Basic Salary, for taking the Basic Salary Pay Rate to calculate No Pay Leave unit rate:
