Workflow

  1. Create Entity Group
  2. Create User Group
  3. Create User

1. Create Entity Group

  1. The Arrow at the upper right hand corner --> Entity Group
  2. Add New
  3. Fill in the Group Name and Save
  4. And then select the Company or the staff that this group can manage
  5. Save again

Points to note

  1. For creating non-Full Right entity group, do this after you have created the company/staff, otherwise you have nothing to choose from.

2. Create User Group

  1. The Arrow at the upper right hand corner --> User Group
  2. Add New
  3. Fill in the necessary information and Save
  4. Then select the functions that this group can manage
  5. Lastly select the Entity Group in the Entity Permission session
  6. Save again

Points to note

  1. When creating non-Full Right user group, remember not to select those functions related to the User Creation.

3. Create User

  1. The Arrow at the upper right hand corner --> User
  2. Add New
  3. Fill in the necessary information and Save
  4. Then select the User Group
  5. Save again

Congratulations! You have finished creating a new user.
