Why configure eMPF file to eMPF platform?

You should start registering eMPF accounts from the date on which the MPF scheme that you are participating in onboards to the eMPF Platform.

You need to submit MPF contribution statement to eMPF platform after preparing payroll in Backstage.

How to configure eMPF file to eMPF platform?

  • Go to Payroll -> MPF Trustee
  • Open the record
    • Contribution Template: Select "EmpfMpfContribution"
    • Fill in Scheme Registration Number (if using eMPF), e.g. MT00123. Details you can see below table
    • Fill in MPF Plan Number / Employer Account Number (if using eMPF), the cannot be longer than 15 digits
      N061: The Employer Account No. field cannot be empty"
  • Then go to Payroll -> "Generate MPF File", and print the eMPF file.
