What is rejoin staff?

Sometimes, staff may leave and rejoin the company. You may want to know "Do I need to create a new Applicant? ", or find you cannot create the Applicant as the HKID is the same.

How to handle rejoin staff?

Reminder

• NO need to create a new Applicant！！！
• Cannot use the SAME Placement Nubmer

All staff would have 1 Applicant profile only no matter how many times they rejoin the company

Create a new Placement

Go to staff Applicant profile-->Placement section-->Add New, Or
Go to Placement-->Add New

How to handle if I want to use the same Placement Number?

Add suffix after the number, e.g 1111A/1111-1, Or
Change the placement number of the Old placement profile first
- Find Old Placement profile --> More --> Change placement number
