1. Create Entity Group
- The Arrow at the upper right hand corner --> Entity Group
- Add New
- Fill in the Group Name and Save
- And then select the Company or the staff that this group can manage
- Save again
Points to note
- For creating non-Full Right entity group, do this after you have created the company/staff, otherwise you have nothing to choose from.
2. Create User Group
- The Arrow at the upper right hand corner --> User Group
- Add New
- Fill in the necessary information and Save
- Then select the functions that this group can manage
- Lastly select the Entity Group in the Entity Permission session
- Save again
Points to note
- When creating non-Full Right user group, remember not to select those functions related to the User Creation.
3. Create User
- The Arrow at the upper right hand corner --> User
- Add New
- Fill in the necessary information and Save
- Then select the User Group
- Save again
Congratulations! You have finished creating a new user.
