Range Before and Range After are referring to the scan range of the IN/OUT time, i.e. the attendance raw data we get should be treated as IN time or OUT time.
Standard Working Days refers to how many day will be counted for that shift when taking leave. E.g. You have a shift from 9AM to 1PM, if you count as half day when taking leave, put 0.5 in this field.
2. Create Roster
Attendance --> Roster
Add New
Fill in the necessary information
Save
Fill in the Schedule session
Points to note
Roster Type: Choose "Weekly" for office staff, choose "Daily" for staff that needs roster scheduling
Holiday Group: Choose the correct holiday type, PH or SH
Default Shift: For Daily Roster type only, select the shift that you want to set as default, when your future schedule is not yet arranged in the system.
Remember to fill in the Schedule session.
