Your company has a bank account at Citibank. You would like to submit autopay instruction in GDFF (PayLink Autopay Payroll Hong Kong) after preparing payroll in Backstage.
How to configure a bank account for Citibank GDFF File (PayLink Autopay Payroll Hong Kong) format?
Go to Master Data -> Bank Account
Create / Open the record you are working with
Bank Account Number: Fill in Company Bank Account Number
Autopay Template Name: Select "CitibankAutopay"
Reference Number 1: fill in Product Code/Payment Method. Can be PLC, ATP and HKP. Default is HKP
