Kung Hei Fat Choy and wish all Backstage users a great Chinese New Year! It has been two months since the last update notes and most of our works have been on several client-specific enhancements. We are looking forward to absorb these requirements and suggestions and turn that into more generic features. That said, we are still excited to let you know the enhancements we have done:
General
Automatic Database Backup - for client hosting on their own server, now Backstage comes with automatic backup that provide an additional safety net. Database backup will be carried out every day and up to 30 backups will be kept. Check with the Support Team on whether this function is already applied.
Placement
More fields for Placement Profile - more fields are now available in Placement Profile as well as Send Mass Email. Check with the Support Team on how to use this.
Attendance
Exporting Holiday Group details - Holiday Group details can now be exported. It makes managing your own holiday records easier.
Roster Import - Roster details can now be imported just in case you have many roster to handle.
Payroll
Autopay Selection - the option of generating autopay file for all payroll batches on the same pay date is enhanced. Now you can select any payroll batches on the same date instead of have all selected by default.
