Happy New Year of Rabbit! Please find below list of new features that we introduced in January.

Backstage Team

Admin Portal

Dashboard

  • Staffs in Probation - now the counter will show all staffs in probation instead of "probation until next month"

  • Latest version Indicator - next to our "What's New" article, system will check and indicate whether your system is updated to include the change in that article.

Placement

  • Placement List Report - to include custom fields from Applicant profile

Payroll

  • Payroll Variable/Family Member Count - now variable to count number of family members defined in applicant profile

Automation

  • Automation Variable/Notify Attendance Status - 2 new parameters AGE_PERIOD_BEFORE and SHOW_SHORT_MINUTE_OVER

Employee Portal

Attendance

  • Team Roster - new option "Show Subordinate Only"
