Backstage Team
System Level
System Log - new page System menu -> System Log, to browse system log files (portal, date, file name)
Shared Notes - new page System menu -> Shared Notes, for shared notes (markdown text and comments). The menu item is shown when the feature is configured
Custom Fields - new custom field type: Textarea

Roster Import - download a customized import template
Payroll
Autopay:
BOC 2025 - new template, including FPS export as a .dat file

Payroll Variables:
Leave Day - [LD(IS_PROBATION_ENDED_ACCORDING_TO_HOLIDAY)] to count leave after probation using the corresponding holiday
Invoice
Add Payroll - only posted payrolls in a posted payroll batch can be added
Leave Management
Leave Balance to apply in advance - on Leave Entitlement, set how many extra days staff may apply for before they have earned them. For example, 3 means an application can be up to 3 days over the current balance limit. Leave it at 0 if they cannot go over
Timesheet
Import Project - can import without providing a project code
To Do List
Employee Portal To Do List - URLs in the text are shown as links

SPLSP Calculation - last month wages use relevant income
