Placement
Send or Download Document - Placement -> Send Mass Email (Send or Download). The Placement Profile Word document (from the selected template) is always protected with a random password and is not editable
Print Custom Document - Placement record -> More -> Print Custom Document. The Placement Profile Word document is not password-protected and is editable
Payroll
Autopay:
ZA Bank - new format
Singapore CPF - contribution parameters updated for 2026
Payroll Variables:
Macau Termination Compensation - [MACAU_TERM_COMP] for Macau termination compensation (DSAL Law 70)
Invoice
Change Invoice Number - Invoice -> More -> Change Invoice Number, when the invoice is Preparing
Leave Management
Actual Balance prorated by Macau Month - on Leave Entitlement: prorated by completed month, 15+ days counts as 1 month
Leave Adjustment Expiry - the table also includes adjustments with no expiry
Timesheet
Delete All Timesheets - you must type DELETE ALL TIMESHEET to confirm
Taxation
IR56E Form Batch - Tax -> IR56E is now a form batch (print PDF/XML)
IR56G Form Batch - Tax -> IR56G is now a form batch (print PDF/XML, including sample data)
IR56M Type of Form - Original, Replacement, or Additional
