Password Validation - new complex password validation to ensure stronger password security, checking for various character types and preventing use of applicant number
Organization Settings - now supports customizing Employee Portal style at the top level organization
Custom Value List - improved handling when values contain special characters
Placement
Supervisor Management - now supports editing supervisor approval sequence directly
Supervisor Validation - added checking for existing supervisor records when deleting placement
Placement List Report - added Group Join Date and Resignation Date fields
Department Selection - improved performance when selecting departments
Attendance
Attendance Application Delete - employees can now delete their own attendance applications in Employee Portal
Email Notifications - new notification sent when attendance application is deleted
Attendance Report - activity description now shows duration information
Attendance Details Report - now displays address from attendance raw data when available
Punch with Location - system now captures and stores address information when punching with geolocation
Attendance Raw Data - new Address field to store location information
Overtime Calculation - improved handling of overtime minutes considering start and end time of attendance applications
Payroll
Payroll Variables Enhancements:
Pay Rate Variable - new variation "Y-1" and option to force using current period pay rate
Year Day Variable - new variation "Y-1"
Work Day Variable - new variation "IN_LAST_YEAR"
Holiday Day Variable - "FULL_MONTH" variation now overrides pay item effective date
Contributable Income Variable - new variation to get relevant income with no age adjustment
Overtime Minutes Variable - improved calculation considering start and end time of attendance applications
Autopay/Mizuho - updated according to proper specification
Formula Evaluation - now supports Ceiling and Floor functions with decimal places
Payroll Details by Cost Centre Report - improved reference when filtering by Employer
Cost Allocation - new function to find cost allocations from payroll with better performance
Appraisal
Rating Display - now shows rating title and description for open questions
Competency Set - fixed issue when changing competency set in appraisal batch
Employee Portal Approver Status - now considers custom field values for approver selection
Expense
Notification Fix - corrected recipient for expense approval/rejection notifications to Expense Assistant
To Do List
Permission Management - added back operation permissions for To Do List and To Do List Template
Reports
Continuous Contract Checklist - now supports Roster hours in addition to timesheet hours
Continuous Contract Service - refactored report and status calculation logic
Employee Portal
Group Calendar - fixed issues with placement leave information display and holiday group alerts
Group Calendar - improved to show only current placement's holidays
Team Roster - rest day shifts now display in red color for better visibility
Dashboard Punch - improved warning messages and location coordinate notifications
Dashboard - changed icon in Payroll History block
Personal Info - fixed display of certificate end date
