Punch In/Out - now punching is not limited to scan range and staffs can punch anytime as they want. Attendance statistics will still be calculated by the same logic.

Discussions at questions - apart from required questions to answer, now there is "Discussion" at each questions such that appraisee and appraiser can put comments anytime to facilitate more communications.
